The Community Infrastructure Fund provides grants to local councils to develop infrastructure for Melbourne’s fastest growing communities. Projects include planning and building innovative community facilities and public spaces that improve community connections and help build the economy.

“I am delighted to announce $1.42 million in grants from the Community Infrastructure Fund for five new projects, including the East Werribee Justice Precinct master plan.”

Quotes attributable to Member for Werribee Tim
“Wyndham’s current population is 190,000, with the forecast population set to exceed 384,000 by 2036.”
“Such rapid local population growth means there’s a gap in local justice services provision. The Werribee Magistrates Court, built more than 30 years ago to service around 40,000 people, is experiencing significant capacity issues.”
“I look forward to working with Wyndham City Council and the local community on the East Werribee Justice Precinct master plan.”
